What is aerobics?
Aerobics is is a form of exercise that utilises both rhythmic exercise, stretching, cardio and strength training in routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.
Hartbeat Aerobics Studio will allow you to experience workouts that are low impact, fun to do, in a space that has an intimate and friendly environment with small groups classes.
Small group classes are a great way to meet and get to know like-minded people who encourage and motivate each other to reach their goals.

What to bring
Wear appropriate workout clothes.
Wear shoes with good grip.
Bring water bottle and a towel.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
Make sure to inform your instructor if you have any injuries or concerns with exercises
